Modern Coastal Beach House – 3D Revit Model

Project Overview This project showcases a modern beach house developed from a rough hand-drawn sketch into a complete architectural design and 3D model. The goal was to create a functional, aesthetic, and space-efficient home suitable for a coastal environment. My Contribution I designed detailed 2D floor plans and created a full 3D model using Autodesk Revit. The design focuses on proper space planning, natural lighting, ventilation, and a modern coastal feel. The client was highly satisfied with the final outcome and approved the design.
