   Modified design of gas piping At Galvanizing line with annealing furnace and zinc bath origin from FIB Belgium.
   Designed new capstone unit at Take ups and Flying arm at pay off origin from GCR Euro draw, Italy for galvanizing line.
   Designed New die Box at Wire Drawing 6 & 9 blocks from GCR Euro draw, Italy.
   Designed piping of Chillers (Carrier) and Air compressors (Atlas Copco).
   Preparation of Maintenance schedule regularly for existing machineries like Galvanizing Tank, Take ups, Pay offs, Wire Drawing Machines, Chillers and Compressors, ETP plant.
   To maintain gas ratio in annealing furnace by using TESTO 350 Flue Gas analyzer.
   Organize Effluent Treatment Plant.
   Able to read and execute the Mechanical drawings.

  MS Steel structure Designed for building of storage in area (220 x45 meters) with under consideration of all environmental effects .My contribution for this project is Complete Design, Preparation of Bill of Material, supervision during Manufacturing, Quality inspection and installation at the site.
   STEEL STRUCTURE OF MANUFACTURING UNIT BUILDING
  MS Steel structure Designed for building of manufacturing unit in area (300 x80 meters) with under consideration of all environmental effects .My contribution for this project is Complete Design, Quality inspection and installation at the site.
   PLC CONTROL ROLLING MACHINE.
  This machine designed for making C shaped sheet metal channels from thickness limitation (1.8 mm to 4.5mm) and Project Designed and install successfully, Most advantage of machines is minimizing the time of making Steel cable drums, eliminate human involvement and increased production. This machine manufactured, tested and installed in 4 different manufacturing units.

  Design, manufacturing and quality inspection for the steel cable reels range diameter (1000 mm-4800 mm) with capacity 2MT-40MT.
