About
I've worked in Architecture, Civil Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering for the past 15+ years. I'm currently an architectural designer but also do product design, civil design, as well as furniture/interior design.
Architecture (software - Auto Cad, Revit, and Chief Architect): I've design residential houses using CMU block (Florida) and also using conc. poured basement foundations with framed walls (BC, Canada). I have also designed houses with ICF construction and know current architectural standards and building codes (IRC, BCBC, CBC, etc.). A lot of the current styles I design are modern, craftsman, and Mediterranean style houses.
Mechanical Engineering (software - Solid Works): I've worked several years in the mechanical design field and have worked with gears, flanges, piping, plenums, sheet metal, CNC programming, and welding/bending/tolerances.
Product Design (software - Auto CAD 3D & Solid Works): I've done some work with product design, have read and researched ways products are manufactured, and have designed improvements on current product trends. Plastic molds are a dominant feature for product design and knowing your type of plastic and its use play major roles during the design process.
Fluent in English and Spanish (born and raised from Florida, USA, lived and worked in British Colombia, Canada for several years, and now live in Coban, Guatemala)

- Owner/Designer ENS Design Group · Jun 2018 – Present 5 yrs 10 mos Antigua Guatemala, Guatemala Started my own business and have been working with Cad Crowd for over a year now. Work varies from Architecture to Civil to Mechanical to 3D Rendering to you name it. I enjoy the design process, working with clients, and look forward to designing and helping others get their desired end product.
- Senior Designer/Drafter Mullins Home Design · Jun 2014 – May 2018 3 yrs 11 mos Kelowna, BC, Canada Met with clients, did design and preliminary drawings and sketches/renders. Would gather information about the client and design the house around their needs and wants. Styles varied from Craftsman to Modern. Did majority of the design work in McKinley Beach which boasted a Modern and Okanagan Modern look. Lots of flat roofs and butterfly roofs. Many lots had an amazing view of the Lake Okanagan. Worked with many builders and contractors in the area.
- Designer/Drafter Sticks and Stones Design Group · Feb 2013 – Feb 2014 1 yrs Kelowna, BC, Canada Met with clients, did design and preliminary drawings and sketches/renders. Would gather information about the client and design the house around their needs and wants. Styles varied from Craftsman to Tucson to Cape Cod to Rustic/Log Home. Worked with a great team of Interior Designers and enjoyed the learning experience while there.
- Drafter/Designer Design Styles · Feb 2003 – Jan 2004 11 mos Tampa, FL, USA Designed houses as per clients requests. Many of the styles were Mediterranean and Tucson and ranged anywhere from 2500 to 5000 sq. ft.
- Drafter/Designer Lexington Homes · Jan 2001 – Jan 2003 2 yrs Port Richey, FL, USA Designed Houses per clients requests. From floor plans to elevations to the complete construction document. Many homes ranged from 2500-3500 sq. ft. and where typical Florida style homes (conc. block, hip roof, etc.)
