I'm a passionate mechanical engineer who has worked on a couple of projects during my under graduate program. My design ideology is practicality coupled with elegance. I have designed products like RV Awnings, phone cases, suspension and steering systems & a bladeless fan to name a few.

During the designing phase I have used multiple software like Solidworks, Catia V5, Fusion 360, Ansys, Lotus and Matlab. During my tenure at my collegiate BAJA SAE team I learned a lot about various manufacturing techniques and the challenges and advantages they come with, this has increased my ability to design a manufacturable product in just a few iterations. This has cut down time significantly in the past.

I would like to use this platform to broaden my horizons and create new innovative products with clients who are equally enthusiastic about making a difference to their respective markets.

    Designed components on Solidworks & Lotus; Analysis on Ansys 19.2. Used ADXL

    Performed DFMEA on all components.
    Designed collapsible steering system, that was light weight, compact and Serviceable.
    Eliminated Bump Steer by using Inflection Circle Method.

    Worked on the tuning of AFCO coil-overs for optimized ride control.
    Represented the team in Design Presentation and Cost Presentations in USA and India.
    Oversaw the Design Validation preparations during tenure as Statics Head
    Developed a production process alternative to the prototype Steering System Design at ESI 2019, which was awarded 5th Place nationally.
