I am a dynamic and ambitious Architectural Technologist and Architectural Historian with good experience working on various projects in the building and construction sector mainly focusing on luxury houses, bespoke home units, bespoke furniture, catering facilities, educational, industrial and commercial buildings; urban design, heritage and conservation.

I graduated from Sheffield Hallam University with a Bsc Honours degree in Architectural Technology and also attained a Master of Arts Degree in Architectural History from The Bartlett School of Architecture (University College London). I have worked in local reputable architecture and building construction practices as a qualified and very capable Architectural Technologist.

My latest role was as an Architectural Technologist for ENEL Development Group in London, UK. I mainly specialised in site surveys, new build construction, residential room extensions, floor additions, rear extensions and loft conversions. I also submitted buildings drawings for planning, regulations and tender in and London, Greater London and Surrey building councils.

I possess impeccable technical and computer skills with advanced knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp Pro, Microsoft Office, Adobe, 3D software and other graphics communication programs.An excellent working knowledge of building contracts is also one of my strong points.

    • Drawing up highly detailed plans, sections and elevations of the existing build and then drawing up bespoke newly proposed build plans, elevations and sections including highly detailed construction and mechanical drawings using AutoCAD, Revit as my main softer package and the Adobe Creative Suite as our 3d illustrative software package.
    • Surveying residential buildings where the client requires a full or partial new build, rear extensions, loft conversions, extra rooms for other utilities and dormers.
    • Submitting buildings drawings for planning, regulations and tender in and London, Greater London and Surrey building councils.
    • Managing properties and monitoring building progress through all the RIBA stages, meeting clients to discuss design proposals and progress
    • Site meetings with building contractors, mechanical and structural engineers.
