I can offer 3D and 2D design services ranging from designing from scratch to suit your requirements to detailing or modifying your existing models . I am also experienced in toolpath programming for CNC machines, and I am equipped with a CNC router on which I can machine parts in wood/plastic materials. I have a good "hands-on" experience on the design of jigs, mechanisms, tools, GAP/FLUSH checking tools, fixtures and composite forming tools for industry and automotive sectors as well as aerospace, and having worked for many years as tooling engineer and cnc programmer as well as designer, I always design keeping in mind production and machining needs. I design and manufacture bespoke products for brands and companies for a living. My training involves a Masters of Engineering (M.Eng) certified by the Institute of Mechanical Engineers, and 5 years on the job training. I have 7 years infrastructure experience and regularly do the creative, design and physical manufacture with an in-house workshop for a company I currently co-manage. Engineering: Production ready schematics for 3rd party manufacture. Beautiful CAD designs, rendered in Keyshot (animation or still). Calculations. Finite Element Modeling (ANSYS). Electronic: SMD Design, generally I produce I2C controlled systems for controlling motors/variable control systems with sensor inputs. I program in Python.
