Professional Press Tools Design Freelancers

Also known as a forming press or just press, a machine press is what makes tangible items based on a design on paper. Want to fabricate a computer case’s backplate using a steel sheet? A hydraulic, mechanical, or pneumatic press will create the form that you want, according to the design provided by a computer. Think CNC-controlled machines or a metal lathe.

There are different presses for different applications.

  • A press brake bends sheet metal into any shape you want, such as electronic enclosures, brackets, and frames.
  • A punch press is what you need to punch holes in different materials.
  • A screw press, also known as a fly press, is used for saw setting, among other things.
  • A capping press forms aluminum-based caps.
  • A stamping press uses a die to deform metal, shaping or cutting it into shape.

Press styles usually vary according to the end product, and they are either driven manually, automatically or by an AC servo motor, as in the case of a servomechanism press.

Regardless of which press will be used, it all starts with a design, whether conceptual or mechanical. This is why you need Press Tools Design freelancers to give you the foundation for a press-based product or project. Think of it as having a designer create a design on paper, which is then later made into a concrete prototype.

Got an idea in mind? Talk to a freelance Press Tools Designer and they will create a paper design, a layout or pattern on paper or computer software, which will form the basis of a press work.

Why do you need Press Tools Design services?

It will solidify your visions or ideas, complete with conceptual and/or mechanical details. The more you see a visual version of your ideas, the easier it will be to translate and turn them into functional prototypes or products.

Using CAD or similar software, you can explore all possible permutations, allowing you to identify errors while you can still afford to make them. With the skills and knowledge of Press Tools Design freelancers, any mistakes will be resolved and ensure a design is up to snuff.

Guarantees a well-thought-out design made according to your requirements or that of your clients. Your idea may have been feasible back then, but a CAD design turns it into something real.

So before you can use any machine presses, you need a freelance Press Tools Designer to create the layout and pattern for your specific project.

Cad Crowd has a community of designers, including experts at Press Tools Design, ready to assist you in any or all of your design needs.

They are pre-vetted and highly qualified to carry out their jobs, what with their professional background and expertise in using CAD software and other design applications necessary to put your ideas on paper.

As you know my name is Greg Sheldon. But what you don't know is that I have a knack for efficiency and a passion for 3D Cad design using Solidworks. Plus! I work in the commercial and industrial markets doing real world design, of real working parts and assemblies every single day. With that said, it indicates I am capable of seeing potential problems before they arise. And I certainly don't have any problem discussing these issues with my clients and/or you. This is simply because its always better to catch the problem in design than having to recall a product down the road, which will ultimately cost everyone a bunch of money... So that's just barely scratching the surface about me, and I look forward to any future endeavor with you. Oh and I am a Canadian resident just outside Toronto Ontario, and speak excellent english.

I am KP Harisankar (B.Tech Mechanical Production Engineering). Completed my degree during the academic year 2014-15 from Sree Chitra Thirunal College of Engineering affiliated under Kerala University (INDIA). I completed a master certificate course on computer aided tool engineering (MCTE) from Central Institute of Tool Design (CITD), Hyderabad, India. PROJECTS COMPLETED 1) BTech Project - Modification of Al-Si alloys using modifiers such as Strontium to improve its mechanical properties.Performed the project at CSIR-NIIST (National Institute of Interdisciplinary Science and Technology)Thiruvananthapuram. 2) MCTE Project - Design and manufacturing of Gas stove regulator. Pro-E creo parametric 3.0 was used for modeling the product. The Die was manufactured using conventional machining method and performed Plasting Injection Moulding to produce the final product.Polypropylene was used as the raw material for injection. 3) Modeled a project funded by Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) at CITD using Catia V5. The project is in manufacturing stage and will be released in the market within few months. 4) I am working on my project to prevent Helmet theft. CAD models are prepared.
