design without knowing the next process are the same as a fairy tale. I had served as process engineer in automotive spare pat manufacturing (spare parts for Isuzu, Daihatsu, Mitsubishi, Toyota etc (mainly for Astra group cars vehicle)) and also was as a cad cam programmer for boiler production. as my experience, my reference process to be used in designing is cnc machining, sheet metal fabrication

I have been a designer since 2004. that year I started taking engineering classes while I was still in highschool. Early in my education I was fortunate to be entered into an engineering competition (SkillsUSA) and won first place at the state level and second at the national level. When I entered college my main focus was mechanical engineering I have continued my education in electrical and structural engineering. This gives me the advantage when designing because I can foresee design issues due to electrical, manufacturing, or structural requirements.
