I have designed a food trolly to store and supply the food in Hospitals. The system contains a freezer to freez the food and a heater to heat the food and it can be operated by two men. It has Provided two way doors to operate in either Directions and Provided the Detailing for the Whole Technology it took 45hrs. 2. I have done another project on Reverse Engineering on Two Car Models were I have designed The car Domes in Catia Surfacing and Successfully Excuted The Aerodynamics Studies On the Models these results are requested by the customers to use for the validation. It Has Taken totally 300hrs In the Design Phase and Another 200hrs in the FEA Phase. 3. I have done one more Project on Creating Standerd Test Pieces to use in the Prototype testing were I have designed the models in Catia and they have sent to 3D Printing with Compleate Detailing after the Prototype Testing results were Extracted from the Test and Validated in The Ansys To study their Mechanical Properties For the Composite AlSic MMC Total 400hrs has taken to provide compleate validation to the customer. 4. Another Project Has Excuted on Plant Layout. A Plant Layout Has Created In Catia To Provide the Food Processing Layoutto the Customer. Compleate Lay out Has Delivered to the Customer With in 200hrs. 5. I have excuted project which has taken 6moths. Were I have managed a team of 11members designers and Draft mans to design and to provide Detailing to Couple of Manufacturing Machianary to change their Size and to convert them into Indian Standers. We have Excuted the Whole Project In 3Phases in first Phase All Assembly Componets were created with Compleate Detailing in second Phase Sub Assembly Drawings were Created with their Cad Model with the Sap Numbers to the All Componets with Compleate BOM Creation in the Third Phase All Sub Assemblies were Assembled and created a Final Product with Compleate Detailing. These are the major Projects I Have Excuted In this Term. After this I have Worked as Freelancer till March 2018 In providing Technical Solutions and to provide Detailing for the Manufacturing Units. I have spent the last 4 years working as a consultant doing both medical device product design as well as designing automated assembly and test equipment. For the medical device design, a major portion of the work involved identifying and qualifying manufacturing partners that would be used and then implementing manufacturing procedures and processes as required. I would work with the vendors to identify cost effective plans for startup manufacturing and develop prototypes that allowed us to verify design intent as well as test and verify production methods and procedures. I also worked with the vendors to establish a longer term ramp plan as quantities to be produced increase. My consulting work also included designing and building several pieces of semi-automated assembly and test equipment for use in clean rooms by medical device manufacturers.

I have been working 7 days a week since December, so to say I am very dedicated is an understatement. I have owned my online business since 1994 when freelancing was just moonlighting. I am up front, if I don't feel comfortable with your proposed project or am not interested, I will let you know right away. I don't play games and I am an expert in my field which is Solidworks. I have been a project manager more than a few times during employment stints and I completely understand the manufacturing process. I am in expert in taking over projects when a key employee dies, quits, etc. (don't laugh, 3 of my best customers were draftsman or engineers that suddenly died). I have worked on everything from IC chip architecture to sandcastings to very large machinery and even a few urea plants. I am probably faster than your best cad guy and the whole time I am drafting I am also keeping an eye on deadlines, watching out for potential pitfalls such as hard to design parts or sourcing a more common or cheaper component. I am use to doing tab and slots for parts made out of plate, I can etch bent parts for use in laser cutting, know how to properly cope a tube for a laser machine, can use GD&T properly, can properly notate a weld diagram, assembly drawings, etc. My largest project to date (working under a process engineer and with a small team of drafters) was a 6M urea plant in china which was nearly a thousand pages of mechanical information, not to include mass balance info, spec sheets for the components, etc. The package was a 5' long wooden box that had to clear customs. I can source materials from china or other offshore locals and now I have a sub that will be helping me so I can get away from the crazy 7 day a week schedule. I have no problem managing your team, or providing consulting as well. I am starting to steer away from the smaller projects unless you are paying really well as there is a lot of "plate spinning" with a bunch of smaller projects.
