My drafting and CAD background covers a wide area of expertise starting in aerospace at Martin Marietta, and continuing to Lockheed Martin. There I worked on ground support for Titan and Atlas using everything from drafting boards, Computer Vision 2D/3D, and I was introducted and trained in ProE in the early '90s making me some of the first so trained at Lockheed Martin where we supported Atlas III and Atlas V. After that I returned to Community College of Denver to take over running the Computer Aided Drafting and Design program for over 20 years where I taught AutoCAD, Inventor, SolidWorks, CREO, Fusion 360, 3D Printing, and 3D Scanning. I have retired from CCD this last May and am interested in getting design work local to the Denver Colorado area.

A well thought out CAD model can save many unnecessary headaches and costly design oversights downstream. No matter how big or small of a part or mechanical assembly, a CAD model will be the keystone in a robust final product. However, this is always easier said than done, turning an idea into a 3D model in a computer isn’t always a walk in the park, this is where I come in.
