CAD Modeler: Remodel 5 Table Models from 3ds Max to Clean STP Ended

Project Description:

We are looking for an experienced CAD freelancer based in Vietnam to help us convert 5 different table models from 3ds Max format into high-quality, simplified STP files suitable for CAD and manufacturing purposes.

Problem:
We have existing 3D models of tables created in 3ds Max. When converted directly to STP format, the files contain an extremely high number of surfaces (similar to issues converting mesh geometry), making them difficult to use in standard CAD workflows.

Objective:
The goal is NOT a direct file conversion. We need you to remodel each of the 5 tables accurately within a professional CAD software package (like SolidWorks, Autodesk Fusion 360, Inventor, Rhino, Siemens NX, Catia, or similar). You will use the provided 3ds Max files as precise visual references to recreate the geometry.

The final STP files must:

Accurately represent the original design and form of each table.
Be constructed using clean B-Rep (Boundary Representation) / NURBS geometry.
Have a significantly reduced and optimized number of surfaces compared to a direct mesh conversion.
Be suitable for use in engineering, CAM, or further CAD development.
Scope of Work:

Receive 5 unique table models in 3ds Max format (.max). We can also provide OBJ or FBX exports if easier for your workflow.
Accurately remodel each table using professional CAD software, focusing on clean geometry and minimal surfaces while preserving the exact shape.
Deliver 5 individual, clean STP files (preferably AP214 or AP242 standard), one for each table model.
Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in 3D CAD modeling using professional software (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Inventor, Rhino, etc.). Please state which software you primarily use.
Strong understanding of solid modeling and NURBS/B-Rep surface modeling techniques.
Demonstrated ability to accurately interpret and recreate complex 3D forms from reference meshes or drawings.
Experience in creating clean, optimized, and manufacturing-ready STP files.
High attention to detail and visual accuracy.
Proficiency in reading and understanding 3D models from various sources (like 3ds Max).
Good communication skills (Vietnamese and/or English).
Based in Vietnam (preferred).
Deliverables:

5x STP files (AP214 or AP242), one for each remodeled table.
(Optional, but preferred) The native CAD files from the software you used for remodeling.
