What if a project has started or has been completed?
If your project has started, a refund must be approved by the designer or meet refund requirements under the Cad Crowd 1-to-1 projects accuracy guarantee. If your designer approves the refund, please ensure the refund has been approved in writing on your 1-to-1 project page. Once the designer confirms your refund, you can contact support for payment processing.
