Steel Frame stand

A very simple and quick structural steel frame design made to prevent a tip-over of a large modular type wall-like assembly of audio systems speakers. The frame utilizes hollow steel sections, cut to appropriate sizes and welded together. A laser cut sheet metal is used as a diagonal member gusset. Hollow steel section sizes were chosen according to initial shear force and bending moment diagram calculations, basing upon various failure mode assumptions, which were then checked and verified by FEM analysis checks.
