KR-350

This is my final Bsc Thesis Project: the KR-350, a single-seater semi-aerobatic airplane certified as LSA. Its low wing configuration with conventional tail and taildragger landing gear allow it to perform all kinds of acrobatics at low speed. The flap system allows the aircraft to take off and land with very little runway length, which gives it great versatility, having a take-off distance of 180 metres and a landing distance of 241 metres. Thanks to its large engine UL350iSA is able to surpass 175 kts of speed in horizontal flight and permits it to fly inverted all the time that the pilot wishes. Its structure of carbon fibre and glass fibre gives it great resistance without sacrificing weight, allowing it to fly at load factors of 6 and -4 Gs, being able to participate in the International Aerobatic Club in the category Intermediate.
