DESIGN DETAILS This design focused on developing components to assist in forming a flat perforated sheet into a round fan blade required for most common centrifugal blowers. The client had purchased a complete fan blade forming line and was experiencing issues with some of the modules. It was our task to reverse engineer the existing module and develop modifications which would improve the functionality of the system.
