Dispensing System for Beverages on Tap

My most recent, patent pending device, designed from the ground up and tested via simulation. The device and all components were prototyped in my shop including sheet metal, Delrin and plastic injection molded components. The yellow prototype top cover, adjustment knobs and white mixing block was high speed milled out on my Okuma MB4000-H high speed, multi-axis, horizontal machining center. I have ability to design and rapid prototype advanced multi-axis components as well as offer high quantity lights out long run production. Systems in the device include, pneumatics, air operated diaphragm pumps as well as flow meters, solenoids and electronic communication harnesses.
