Design Optimization of Diesel Engine Piston

The project considers the modifications in the design of Diesel Engine Piston. The modified piston was tested with Finite Element Analysis tool (Ansys in this case) Thermal and Structural Analysis were performed in Ansys Testing and Results found out were, 1. Temperature Distribution on Different piston areas. 2. Thermal stresses optimization 3. Less Deformation 4. More life and safety factor
