Ducted fan design and calculations

Description:
I am looking for an aerospace engineer to design a ducted fan for a personal aircraft. It is preferable that the engineer have previous experience with the design of fans or propellers before. The engine specs, such as horsepower and rpm are already known.

I am expecting a 3D model of the fan blades along with the forces exerted on the propeller so that I could build the blades accordingly. I will construct the fan blades out of carbon fiber.
It is also preferable if the Engineer could design the molds that the fan blades will be made from.
Wants:
The Candidate has to be available to speak on skype and be willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement for the work done.
