Navy and Coral Bedroom
This is my test Navy and Coral Bedroom
Fireplace remodel
Need a design mock-up for a fireplace remodel, with dimensions. As pictured, the existing mantel is 13 ft long; the wall is 17 ft long and just over 8 ft tall. Want a wooden mantel, probably with new cabinets on either side of the fireplace. Would like the fireplace front to be a reddish aged brick, as pictured in the column, although I'm open to new ideas on the fireplace front, and the hearth (floor area in front of fireplace). TV will be mounted above mantel, which leans me toward wanting a larger mantel to offset the size of the TV.
Paris apartment
I bought a new apartment in Paris, 2 bedroom with 60sqm. We'd like to get proposals on how to organize the space, and for interior design. We don't have a preference for the software. One of our question is whether we should move the Kitchen inside the living room, or perhaps switch it with the bathroom. That way we could also use the corridor space to have a bigger master bedroom. In terms of style, we're open to various styles. Maybe industrial, or vintage, or else. Ceiling height is 2.45meter

South Broad Challenge
My house is way to big for me. So I got married and now have 2 kids, but it's still too big. I can't afford anymore kids but since I live in the city of Philadelphia, I think it might make sense to split up my "Rowhouse" into 3 luxury apartments, one "owner's unit" for me and my family, and the others to rent. This contest is looking for the best interior layouts/designs for this challenging scenario, keeping costs to a minimum. It's challenging because of the certain requirements, as follows: 1. The existing two entries must be used (to minimize costs) 2. There must be 2 stairways (a front entry and rear entry/egress) 3. Basement access is necessary from one or both of the common stairwells 4. Two of the Units require the following: a. Four bedrooms (1xMaster, 2xChildren, 1xGuest) b. 2 ½ Bathrooms (1xMaster bath, 1xFull bath, & Powder/Toilet room) c. Full kitchen and greatroom d. Bedrooms require closets e. Central Air conditioning for each unit (fan-unit closets required) 5. The third unit can be 2 or 3 bedrooms, 1 ½ bath I should mention that I'm a retired Architect and I'm also extremely good with Autodesk's Revit. I am providing a Revit file but also a pdf for anyone who doesn't have access.
