Description:My house is way to big for me. So I got married and now have 2 kids, but it's still too big. I can't afford anymore kids but since I live in the city of Philadelphia, I think it might make sense to split up my "Rowhouse" into 3 luxury apartments, one "owner's unit" for me and my family, and the others to rent.
This contest is looking for the best interior layouts/designs for this challenging scenario, keeping costs to a minimum. It's challenging because of the certain requirements, as follows:
1. The existing two entries must be used (to minimize costs)
2. There must be 2 stairways (a front entry and rear entry/egress)
3. Basement access is necessary from one or both of the common stairwells
4. Two of the Units require the following:
a. Four bedrooms (1xMaster, 2xChildren, 1xGuest)
b. 2 ½ Bathrooms (1xMaster bath, 1xFull bath, & Powder/Toilet room)
c. Full kitchen and greatroom
d. Bedrooms require closets
e. Central Air conditioning for each unit (fan-unit closets required)
5. The third unit can be 2 or 3 bedrooms, 1 ½ bath
I should mention that I'm a retired Architect and I'm also extremely good with Autodesk's Revit. I am providing a Revit file but also a pdf for anyone who doesn't have access.
Wants:Layout is a key criteria.
Dimensions are critical as well for evaluation
Originality, Minimizing Construction Cost, Practicality and style will be used to evaluate as well. How you address the ceiling heights and any floor height adjustments will also be evaluated.
These will be luxury apartments, so need materials and finishes that are low cost but high-class!

3D Interior render - long term partnership
Hi, We are looking for low budget 3D artist impressions (3D renders). Our clients are homeowners who want to sell their house. Sometimes their house is empty or old fashioned, so the room needs “virtual renovation” (A 3D render of the room how it could be). So we are mostly looking for interior renders and sometimes exterior. This is what we EXACTLY are looking for (page 3 you can see the input we provide and the output we expect from you): http://www.draftingfactory.be/media/143046/digitaal_restylen_drafting_factory.pdf I have attached some examples of what kind of work we expect. These are examples of our competitors here in the Netherlands and examples of a current supplier. We have a partner who makes us 2D floorplans/photo-editing in Thailand. They also make 3D: http://siamarchitecture.com/3dpage.php#images/3D/02.png However, we are looking (in comparison of Siam Architecture): - Better quality interior views for lower cost, or; - Better quality for same cost, or; - Same quality for lower cost. I have attached the price list of SIAM so you can think about doing us a better offer. We are NOT looking for photorealistic renders of 200$. If you could send us a more information about your prices, work quality (before and after examples) and average time delivery, that would be great. Most of the time it is only 1 render view of a room. So we send a photo/floorplan and you make something of it. So you don't need to create the whole room in 3D. Only the render in the picture (see examples) We are a growing (international) company and are looking for a long term partner. For now, we don’t have a project for you. After we found a partner we are implementing it on our website and let our clients know (approx, 1 month). After that you will get first project and more projects as we grow and expand. The exact amount after that is hard to tell so please give us a price without bulkdiscount at first. I hope you can help us. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions. Please contact us via our company mail!!! (see website). Kind regards, Timo Asses Co-owner GoedkopePlattegronden.nl
