Little commercial remodel in Puerto Penasco Mexico
I bought a little commercial building and I want to completely update this building and use it for a franchise wholesale and retail auto parts distributor. I am tearing down much of it. I want to stay with a similar look of other locations. I am expanding the interior adding more second floor and a larger showroom than exists currently. The dimensions on files are accurate and I need to stay with in them. I am looking to keep most of my inventory stored on the second floor and a slide to move parts from the second floor to the first floor easy and fast. I will move and redesign the current water closets and add a little space for a cafe (coffee maker, small refrig, microwave and toaster oven.} Total building area including first and second floor to be 300 M2 +/-. I want to keep energy efficiencies and the salt air and desert climate in mind. I want to add a small office that has the best advantage to oversee the sales floor and inventory if possible at least the check out area I will be using extensive camera system to help eliminate theft. The pictures is the actual building and the dimensions are what I have to use. I'm not set on any specific parking lot entrance or exit.. The windows I want to stay with the look that are 1 meter by 1 meter.
Epic Sports Goggles
I need a prototype for some sports goggles designed. The dimensions of the lenses need to be at least the size of the type of glasses uploaded but the plastic frame should surround the entire lense, not just be along the top, and the arms should have the bend at the end for the ears like regular glasses. The important part here is that the height and width allow for a full range of vision, but the lenses cannot be too curved as they will need to allow for prescriptions (lenses that are too curved limit the range of prescriptions compatible). It also needs soft rubber or foam-style padding along the top and bottom of the inside of the frame rims, for protection during sports. All going well with this first sample, I will also want more concepts of this design as well as more products with similar designs.
Total Winner!!!! - Best Tabletop - Super Ellipse (in the manner of Piet Hein) with Beveled Edge
DXF CAD Drawing of a Super Ellipse shaped tabletop with the end goal being a version of Eero Saarinen's Iconic 60' Tulip Table (picture of tulip table attached below. As far as I know, Saarinen's table was only fabricated with oval and round tops. The Super Ellipse shape works best in the setting I am designing). The tabletop will be fabricated out of a 1.25" man-made composite, marble-like, material called Silestone. (If it helps you envision the end result, the material is Silestone "Zeus White Extreme" in matte white). The dimensions of the table top should be: 56" long x 36" wide. (and will be attached to a metal pedestal base). The underside of the table top should have a 1.25" bevel from the outer edge of the table top towards the center of the table top.
HIRING MULTIPLE FORMZ DESIGNERS FOR ASAP
I need you to render me 3 objects from pictures I will send to you if you accept. However here is the criteria I will need you to follow when rendering each object; A dimensioned drawings of two of following views - top, front, left, right, back, bottom, plus one section view . Drawings should be at 1:20 scale and show signifcant dimensions. (at 1:20 scale a 4m x 6m structure will comfortably ft on an A3 page). You can adjust the scale if you need to, but make a note of this. You should use screen grabs, hand drawn support sketches and computer renders to illustrate at least 10 significant steps in the sequence from research to realisation.
