What Is Phase 0?<\/h2>

No one knows exactly what it is, but all descriptions seem to point to one very agreeable fact: it\u2019s the preliminary research in a new product development, obviously. It takes place before concept generation, so basically, you\u2019re making sure that the idea makes sense at all from both technical and financial viewpoints. What you have at this point is nothing more than a vague concept of a product.
