This project is a good demonstration of how even something pretty mundane \u2014 like this bottle collection apparatus \u2014 can become an aesthetically pleasing piece of artwork! Industrial projects are a big part of what we do at Cad Crowd, and this design piece is a fine example.<\/p>\n

2. Concept Car<\/a> Automotive Design by\u00a0mastery193<\/h3>\n

This project shows off a bit of a different aspect of CAD design. More important than the realism of the rendering here is the creativity of the design itself. Here’s a glimpse of what we might be seeing on the roads in the fast-approaching future. It’s got a bit of a tron-ish vibe to it. Maybe the thing will even drive itself!<\/p>\n

3. Hotel Room<\/a>\u00a0Architectural Design by Mariell<\/h3>\n

You may have heard the complaint that hotel rooms\u00a0haven’t really changed much over the past half-century. And that’s probably true \u2014 but what is there to change? It’s a room with a bed and a desk! Well, here’s a fine example of how to differentiate within the narrow limits of a hotel room. Bright, airy, light \u2014 it’s a nice hotel room!<\/p>\n

4. Mechanism Design & Simulation<\/a>\u00a0Engineering Design by\u00a0ProDes Solutions<\/h3>\n

For this page, though, we thought we’d share this image of the incredible design. A truly beautiful piece of machinery, it’s easy to forget looking at it that it is not a work of art, but a functional mechanical design.<\/p>\n

5. Race Car<\/a> 3D Modeling Design by FHER<\/h3>\n

We get a lot of car designs on Cad Crowd. There’s just something about CAD designers and vehicles… Maybe it’s the combination of engineering<\/a> and aesthetics, which is also, of course, characteristic of CAD design itself. Anyhow, we see lots of cars here. This one is a pretty rugged looking design for a minimalist, stripped down racer. Pretty Mad Max.<\/p>\n

6. Sheet Metal Motorcycle Tube<\/a>\u00a0Engineering Design by\u00a0Viktor Sipaev<\/h3>\n

Speaking of vehicles, here’s a pretty cool thing. A custom-designed pipe form for motorcycles! It’s amazing what you can make with sheet metal! The color finishing is a nice touch that adds a bit of flair. Whether to go with the colored version or the raw would probably depend on the look of the bike in question.<\/p>\n
