After reviewing your new contract terms, the client may accept, decline, or modify your work proposal.<\/p> <p>You can also propose a job contract with a new client by clicking the <strong>Propose contract<\/strong> link at the top of your message.<\/p> <hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/> <p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#0000008f\"><strong>\ud83d\ude80 In this article <\/strong><\/p> <hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/> <h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Send new job contract proposals to current clients<\/h2> <p>You can send a new contract proposal to one of your current clients on the following pages:<\/p> <ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Inbox:<\/strong> Click <strong>Send a proposal<\/strong> link at the top of the client&#8217;s message in your <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cadcrowd.com\/inbox\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">inbox<\/a><\/strong><\/li> <li><strong>My contracts:<\/strong> Go to <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cadcrowd.com\/user\/contracts\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">My contracts<\/a><\/strong> > click \u2022\u2022\u2022 <strong>dropdown<\/strong> (to the right of a client contract) > select <strong>Send a proposal<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul> <h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">New contract proposal rules<\/h2> <p>Here are the rules for proposing a new contract to a client:<\/p> <ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Proposal limits:<\/strong> The platform won&#8217;t allow you to send multiple job contract proposals to a specific client simultaneously.<\/li> <li><strong>Past clients:<\/strong> You can send a proposal to a client who previously hired you for a job contract and paid one or more of your invoices on Cad Crowd.<\/li> <li><strong>New clients:<\/strong> When a potential client has found your profile with the freelancer search and sends a message to your <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cadcrowd.com\/inbox\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">inbox<\/a><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul> <h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Client notifications for new contract proposals<\/h2> <p>The client gets an email alert and user inbox notification when you send a new job contract offer. Your proposal shows on the client&#8217;s <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cadcrowd.com\/user\/contracts\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">My contracts<\/a><\/strong> dashboard.<\/p> <p>The client may accept, modify, or reject your new job contract offer.<\/p> <h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Withdraw your job contract proposal<\/h2> <p>After sending the proposal to a client, you cannot modify an existing contract proposal. You can withdraw and resend a new contract offer to the client as a workaround. In addition, you can withdraw your contract proposal if you decide to cancel your offer.<\/p> <p>Steps to withdraw your pending contract proposal:<\/p> <ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Visit <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cadcrowd.com\/user\/applications\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">My applications<\/a><\/strong><\/li> <li>Choose your proposal&#8217;s name in the Pending job offers area<\/li> <li>Click the <strong>Withdraw<\/strong> button<\/li>\n<\/ol> <p><strong>Note:<\/strong> You may send your client a new proposal after canceling a pending contract offer.<\/p> <h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Questions and answers<\/h2> <p><strong>\u26a1 Can I change an existing job contract offer after it&#8217;s sent to a client?<\/strong><\/p> <p>Your job contract offer cannot be edited after you send it to a client. You can only send one contract offer at any given time.
