You can use one payment milestone for the entire job or break the work into several milestones when specific tasks are complete.<\/li> <li><strong>Escrow:<\/strong> When making payments, you deposit funds for job milestones into the <strong>Cad Crowd escrow system<\/strong>. The escrow account allows you to review and approve the expert&#8217;s work before you release payment.<\/li> <li><em>Note: If the work on a specific milestone hasn&#8217;t started, you can remove or edit milestones to revise the scope of your work deliverables. <\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul> <h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fixed-rate billing schedule<\/h2> <p>When you start a fixed-rate job, your account is billed for the first milestone, and the payment is held in the escrow system. Once you approve the work, the payment is released from escrow into the expert&#8217;s account.
