Description:
I bought a little commercial building and I want to completely update this building and use it for a franchise wholesale and retail auto parts distributor. I am tearing down much of it. I want to stay with a similar look of other locations. I am expanding the interior adding more second floor and a larger showroom than exists currently. The dimensions on files are accurate and I need to stay with in them. I am looking to keep most of my inventory stored on the second floor and a slide to move parts from the second floor to the first floor easy and fast. I will move and redesign the current water closets and add a little space for a cafe (coffee maker, small refrig, microwave and toaster oven.} Total building area including first and second floor to be 300 M2 +/-. I want to keep energy efficiencies and the salt air and desert climate in mind. I want to add a small office that has the best advantage to oversee the sales floor and inventory if possible at least the check out area I will be using extensive camera system to help eliminate theft. The pictures is the actual building and the dimensions are what I have to use. I'm not set on any specific parking lot entrance or exit.. The windows I want to stay with the look that are 1 meter by 1 meter.
Wants:
I'm looking for a well designed very workable plan for this type of business. I want good flow, good inventory storage where checking stock is good easy to keep track and good flow in getting product to check out area. a small cafe area and a small office with large one way glass to see as much of the building area as possible. I would like the office on second floor with maximum view customer area and the view outside to street area if possible. The more details it has and more proper material lists the better. You can go to www.mercadoderefacciones.com and look at some of the other locations. I need to stay with this type of look but a nice exterior and must flow well on inside
Don't Wants:
I don't want something that looks like it should be something it's not. Like a commercial space looking to residential. I do not want any of the public area to have access to inventory areas, Theft is a big concern.
Software:
  1. I want to be able to open in adobe reader

I am far from out of work...If I misunderstood your post than others will too. Please revise and be more specific as to what you expect. Sounded like you wanted a whole bunch of design work....Even your comment above is confusing. You should consult with CAD CROWD before posting. I am sure they will help you to be more clear in your requests...good luck!

I am sorry but I have to comment: As an MEP Engineer, I find your $120 insulting. For the entire project your looking at a minimum $5,000-$8,000 not including mechanical work. For this competitive website: $800 minimum. For your $120, priceless (literally)...

Brick of Money
The goal of this project is to design a desk ornament that is a conversation piece. https://goo.gl/wc3ueb There are 3 aspects to this product: 1: The foundation: A rectangle of solid metal. Should have an expensive high end look. A bar of silver is the only thing I can think of as an example foundation. https://goo.gl/wMySnL However, I am going for more of a brushed nickel look. 2: The casing that sits on top of the medal foundation. This casing is either made of glass or plastic and will be glued to the medal foundation. 3. $500 in one dollar bills will be inside the glass casing. The attached image is not high end looking but should give you a basic idea of the kind of product we are looking to develop.

This is a shower holder for a shaving razor. It will specifically fit our razor handle. We would like the plastic holder piece to be clear, but are open to seeing other design ideas. Our razor handle color is metal and is rose gold with a light pink plastic push button. I have added measurements and pictures of a current holder that fits perfectly to make sure that our handle will fit corrrectly.
HIRING MULTIPLE FORMZ DESIGNERS FOR ASAP
I need you to render me 3 objects from pictures I will send to you if you accept. However here is the criteria I will need you to follow when rendering each object; A dimensioned drawings of two of following views - top, front, left, right, back, bottom, plus one section view . Drawings should be at 1:20 scale and show signifcant dimensions. (at 1:20 scale a 4m x 6m structure will comfortably ft on an A3 page). You can adjust the scale if you need to, but make a note of this. You should use screen grabs, hand drawn support sketches and computer renders to illustrate at least 10 significant steps in the sequence from research to realisation.
