OMD/PepsiCo Award - 3D Project Rendering

I need a design for my 3d printer an nice modern white design my printer is almost ready for market I just need your help for the design

Looking to create a custom momento for my wife for our 5th wedding anniversary. Would like to have this 3d printed and be able to fit on a shelf in our house (little statue or something). In terms of design guidelines, I'm open to many different ideas and don't want to restrict your creativity by narrowing down the scope too much. I was thinking of something that would incorporate our names or potentially the below dates in an artistic way. Some elements that could be incorporated: - May 2, 2009 - Marriage Date (Wife = Ana or Anastasia, my name is Adam) - Feb 12, 2010 - First son, Alex - Dec 21, 2011 - First daughter, Asha - Sep 17, 2013 - Second son, Archer - All of our names start with A. Some other things that my wife likes and/or has some sentimental value: - Hawaii (honeymoon location) - Flowers (specifically orchids, also likes peonies and ranunculus) - Disneyland - Animals (Bison, Koala Bears) - Travel If you need more, let me know...

Please make this old 2D drawing in to 3D drawing - with correct meassures. When it is done, I also need to have a drawing of the same tool - but where the top is blank. Meaning that there is no - thread - so we can cut the thread afterwards. It is attached as the M14 drawing.
