Description:
I have an outdated lake home to modernize the front and rear exterior.I have a 3D render I had created on Fiverr, but I am not completely in love with it as it is not sophisticated enough. I would like to change it, but I will include the 3D render in the files just for your review.
* Please do not copy it, but do your own sophisticated modern, classic villa without changing the top roof shape in the front as that will remain the same. We will consider changing the rear view to include a -turret or balcony- changes.

Please see the sample rendering from Fiverr, but I decided I want to do a CAD Crowd contest to get more sophisticated ideas.
KITCHEN ATTACHED IS JUST TO SHOW IDEA OF OUR REMODEL DIRECTION WE ARE GOING IN. IT'S TO SHOW YOU THAT THE HOME WILL NOT REMAIN OUTDATED.
Wants:
1) Design a modernized, classic villa that is classy and timeless.2) You can change the colors.
3) You can add a wall in the front of the home as long as there is a 20 foot set back from the street - which is the city code.
4) I have CAD and PDF plans to attach to show dimensions.
5) Please make the design to scale.
6) The roof color cannot change from brown tiles, We are keeping the original roof tiles to save on cost as they are in perfect condition. Windows can change.
7) Please improve the rear exterior balcony and windows. This is a lake home and everyone passes by on their boats. We would like the home to look sophisticated and special.

roof - do I understand correctly that even though roof tiles stay, roof itself can change? (Photo and render have different roof floor-plan.)

Just a bit of confusion i am hoping to work out with you. You provided the pdf drawings for the fiver project but do not have drawings for the existing structure. It will be very ineffective to design without the basic measurements. Would you happen to have the CAD plan and elevation drawings of the house as provided by the architect?

2) 3Ds are okay. We need them to scale and if you can include the PDF and CAD version..

We have a plot of canal front land in the Cayman Islands. Looking to build a home on it soon, so considering floor plans. I attach a floorplan of our current ideas to give an idea of what we're thinking. I'm sure it can be improved upon, and we can make more of the space. Architectural Design ideas for modern house in Allgäu, Bavaria
Hello design community!
We are looking for modern, interesting and versatile ideas for the construction of a residential building in the Allgäu area, Bavaria, Germany.
Since the design process is still in an early phase, only rough design drafts with focus on the integration of the building into the landscape, the appearance and style are required - no ready-to-build plans!
The project is advertised as a small competition. One to three winners will be chosen from all submissions, and the prize money (400€ in total) will be shared between them. If a design is particularly convincing, a sole winner can also be chosen.
Any further information and rough guidelines can be found in the attached PDF. If any questions arise, please don't hesitate to ask!
The information given serves as a guideline and can be modified depending on the concept.
