I would like 6 bedrooms to present in 3DMAX, Contemporary to modern styles, when color, lighting, and furniture selection is of utmost importance in the image. I would like 2 images/room, as to get all design details clearly understood by my client. My company is commissioned to do high end residential, commercial spaces, public projects, hotels, and schools.
Wants:
Proportion, color, lighting and sharpness of the images are necessary. Material specification will use symbols, as material finishes may change several times. Dimensions are essential to be accurate to actual finished furnitures.

is an image that looks like it was rushed.I
Ask for Sample:
Please only start with Bedrom 1. I prefer to get a sample before committing, as this is a high end residence, and will need fine details.

Refresh my new office
I have recently moved into an office that needs some updating. I work in marketing so would like something fresh and fun. I like plants so a couple of new additions would be nice.
The current desk in the corner needs to stay in that position. I also need a bookshelf added. I like the small table and chairs but want furniture that is a bit trendier.
I have powerpoints in each corner of the room so you can use this to plug in something illuminated ifyou have any cool ideas.
